Booking Details: When you create or accept a booking, we collect information related to the service description, booking date and time, and the owner's current location (latitude and longitude) at the time of booking.
Payment Information: When mechanics subscribe to a plan, payment details are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not directly store your full payment card details. We receive confirmation of payment success, payment IDs, order IDs, and signatures from the payment gateway.
Feedback and Ratings: If you provide feedback or ratings for mechanics, we collect your rating and any comments you submit.
Communications: Records of your communications with us, such as customer support inquiries.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information:
Device Information: Information about your mobile device, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

For Mechanics: We collect your current location (latitude and longitude) when you set up your profile and when you use features that require location (e.g., finding nearby services). This is used to allow owners to find mechanics near them.
For Owners: We collect your current location (latitude and longitude) when you initiate a service booking to provide mechanics with your service location.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token: We collect your device's FCM token to send you push notifications related to bookings and other important updates.

To Facilitate Connections: To enable vehicle owners to find nearby mechanics and for mechanics to receive and manage service requests.

Mechanics: Your name, shop name, address, services offered, hourly rate, rating, and location (if provided) are visible to vehicle owners when they search for mechanics.

Firebase: For authentication, database (Firestore), cloud functions, and analytics.
